Measure & Evidence

Available now · builds on Base

For the programme lead who needs the detail and history behind the numbers to give the business assurance.

Base gives you the Behaviour Index from the quarterly Team Pulse and shows where things stand today. Measure & Evidence adds Programme Capability, the measure of how well the programme is run, and keeps the whole record: every reading from your first quarter onward, tested for whether a movement is real, and turned into reports for the people who fund the programme.

Measurement and evidence

Show what the programme is changing

Most Champions programmes report what they did: sessions run, emails sent, Champions recruited. Sponsors nod, then ask the question those numbers can't answer. Is behaviour actually changing?

A rise of three points might be progress, or it might be noise. To tell which, you need the same measure taken the same way every quarter, a record long enough to compare against, and an honest test of whether a movement is bigger than the instrument's own error. That is the gap between activity and evidence.

Measure & Evidence keeps the record, tests it, and turns it into reports you can take into the room.

Programme Capability
How well the programme is run, measured from six signals: your maturity self-assessment, the Security Team's own assessment, event delivery, delivery evidence and how actively risks are managed and closed. It sits next to the Behaviour Index on your dashboard.
The whole record, and whether it moved
Every reading of each measure you hold, from your first quarter onward, with 30-day, 90-day and all-time views and a CSV export. A reliable-change test marks whether a movement is genuine or within the instrument's own margin.
The working behind every figure
Open any measure to see the signals it is built from, how much weight each one carries, what each one contributed, and which signals aren't reporting yet and why.
Reports for people who never log in
Board, quarterly and annual packs as PDF, plus a Report Builder for your own: pick the blocks, preview them live, save the layout and schedule it to arrive by email.
Reliable change Within the margin

Compliance Lens

See your human risk the way attackers and auditors see it.

Most cyber attacks still run through a person: a click, an approval, a shared password, a file uploaded to the wrong place. Compliance Lens maps the behaviours your programme is building onto the frameworks your security team and auditors already use, so you can show where your people are a strength and where they are still a gap.

Start with MITRE ATT&CK®. Compliance Lens draws the ATT&CK matrix filtered to the attack techniques that depend on human action, such as phishing, MFA fatigue, malicious attachments, credential misuse and data leaking through web services. Each technique shows one of three states:

Strong or developing, coloured by the measured strength of the behaviours that defend against it
A gap: an attack that runs through people, with nothing in your programme yet to counter it
Out of scope: techniques that behaviour change cannot influence, shown faintly so they never count against you
Strength comes from evidence, not activity
Coverage tells you a behaviour is in your programme. Strength comes from how often colleagues actually see that behaviour, measured through your peer assessments. Where a technique depends on several behaviours, Compliance Lens shows the weakest one, because that is the one an attacker will find.
Open any technique for the detail
See which behaviours defend against it, how each is trending, which campaigns and interventions are working on it, and the recommended techniques to strengthen it. For a gap, make it a priority behaviour in one step.
Board-ready and SOC-ready
Download a Compliance Lens report for your board, with your coverage, your top gaps and how they have changed since the last assessment. Or export an ATT&CK Navigator layer so your security team can lay your human resilience alongside their technical controls.

What it adds

Everything this module brings to the base platform.

Measure & Evidence needs nothing beyond Base, and Network Optimisation builds on it.

Programme Capability: how well the programme is run, measured from six signals across your programme team, Security Team, events and risk handling
The full history of the Behaviour Index and Programme Capability, kept for as long as you run the programme, with all-time views and CSV export (Base shows the last 90 days)
A reliable-change test, so you can tell a real movement from noise before you report it
The signals behind each measure, with their weights, their contributions and anything not yet reporting
The full 40-statement maturity assessment, with the staged model, a breakdown by dimension and your history on it
Board, quarterly and annual evidence packs as PDF, covering your measures, Champion check-ins, Team Pulse, maturity and intervention outcomes
A Report Builder for your own reports, saved, scheduled by email, and exported as PDF or CSV
Cohort outcomes: retention and engagement by week since each cohort started, so you can see how long a group takes to become effective and whether the latest one is doing better

Already in Base. The quarterly Team Pulse, the Behaviour Index it produces, its breakdown by division, business unit and team, and intervention retrospectives that compare before and after are all part of the base platform. Every instrument that feeds a measure runs in Base, so nothing you buy changes how a number is calculated. This module adds Programme Capability, the long record, and the tools to test it and present it.

Start with Base. Add this when the board starts asking.

Every quarter of Team Pulse you run on Base is kept, so the history is already there when you add Measure & Evidence. Existing customers can request a trial of the module from Admin > Platform Modules.
