Running your network

Already running a Champions network? Make it easier to run.

The launch is behind you. Now the work is keeping people involved, knowing which teams are covered, and answering the person who asks whether any of it is making a difference. Start with whichever of these sounds most like your week.

This is you if

  • You have Champions, and a list of them you no longer quite trust
  • Someone senior has asked what the programme has changed
  • The energy has dipped since launch and you want it back
1Assess

Know where the programme stands.

Before you change anything, it helps to know what you are changing. That is what an assessment is for.

Coming soon

A free Champions Programme Assessment is on its way.

We are building an assessment for Champions programmes that are already up and running. It will be free, and it will live on this page when it is ready. If you would like to hear when it opens, tell us and we will let you know.

3Reignite

Bring a stalled network back.

A stalled programme is not a blank page. There are people who were once Champions, a history of what was tried, and usually a fairly clear reason it stopped. The planner has a second pathway for exactly this, and most of it is shorter than a first launch because you are starting from evidence.

The planner opens on the Existing Programme pathway. Your progress is saved in your browser.

  1. Take Stock & Diagnose 2 - 3 weeks
  2. Reset & Re-recruit 3 - 5 weeks
  3. Relaunch 6 - 10 weeks
  4. Measure Recovery Ongoing
  5. Stall-proof & Sustain 12+ months
Network running well?Beyond AwarenessThe frameworks, the research and how to put them to work.

Run the network from one place.

Bring your Champions into Heroes as they are. The first thing it shows you is who is active and which teams have nobody.
