Heroes is licensed as a base platform plus optional add-on modules. Base includes everything a programme needs to recruit and coordinate Champions, measure whether behaviour is changing, and design and run interventions. Add-on modules add the programme and network measures with board reporting, network analysis, behavioural science tooling, and risk and incident handling, and can be added as your programme is ready for them.
Each add-on module is a percentage uplift on your Base subscription. The uplift is calculated on your Base price after the volume band and any multi-year discount, so every discount you earn on Base carries through to the modules. Take all four and the Complete bundle applies a single lower uplift instead. There is no separate minimum for a module; the only minimum is five licensed roles. One dependency to know about: Network Optimisation requires Measure & Evidence, because it analyses the data that module collects, so the calculator adds both together.
Yes. A module can be removed on its own from the Billing page and stops at the end of the current cycle, on the same 24-hour notice as the rest of the subscription. It works the other way too: Base is what the modules run on, so cancelling Base ends every module with it.
No. A programme that buys only the base platform can still change behaviour and show the evidence. Modules are for programmes that have reached the point of needing them. Nothing you do on Base is wasted when you add a module later - the data you have already collected is what the modules build on.
Yes. Every account starts with a 28-day free trial of Base, with no credit card required. Modules are separate: you request one from inside the platform whenever you are ready, and each has its own self-serve trial. Risk & Incidents is available now; the other three are still being built. If you choose not to continue, your account simply closes and no charge is made.
No. All prices on this page exclude VAT. Where VAT applies it is added at checkout and shown on your invoice, so the figure you see at checkout is the figure you pay.
Yes. Everything, Base and modules, can be paid monthly or annually, on one consistent cycle. Monthly subscriptions roll on until cancelled with at least 24 hours notice before the cycle ends. Annual terms of two or three years earn 10% and 15% off the whole package.
Yes. For anything collected by Stripe we email you 3 working days before each collection. Purchase order customers receive an invoice with net 30 terms.
All customers have access to email support and the in-platform help documentation. We are considering additional support options for the future and will update customers as they become available.
