How billing works

Straightforward. No hidden mechanics.

Here is exactly how the billing model works, with no small print.

Pay at the end of your trial

You start with a 28-day free trial - no credit card required. At the end of the trial you confirm your licenced role count, enter payment details, and the annual fee is taken. That payment covers you for the full 12 months from that date.

Adding roles mid-year

If you want to increase your licenced role count during the contract year, additional roles are charged pro-rata from the date they are added to the end of your current contract period. Adding roles may also move you into a lower per-role rate band.

Reducing roles

Role reductions take effect at your contract anniversary - not mid-year. At renewal you confirm the number of licenced roles you want for the coming year, and pricing is recalculated on that basis.

Straight answers

Licences are required for Programme Team, Security Team, and Champion roles. Programme Leaders are not licenced - up to two Programme Leader accounts are included with every subscription at no extra cost.
The Programme Leader (up to 2, no licence required) has full administrative control - platform configuration, billing, strategy, intervention design, and access to all analytics and board reporting. The Programme Team manages the programme day-to-day: deploying surveys, assigning tasks, building communications, designing interventions, and monitoring engagement. The Security Team has read-only access to programme analytics and a dedicated Threat Intelligence Centre, allowing them to contribute threat context without managing the programme directly. Champions have a personal portal to complete tasks, earn XP, progress through training tiers, connect with peers, and track their impact on their team's security culture.
Start small. There is no minimum licenced role count. Many organisations begin with a pilot of 5-10 Champions plus their Programme Team to test the approach before expanding. You can add roles at any point during the year on a pro-rata basis.
If you choose not to continue after the trial, your account simply closes. No charge is made, no action is needed on your part. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind.
For most customers the purchase flow is self-service - you confirm your role count, make payment, and receive a receipt. For larger deployments or public sector customers who require a formal contract or purchase order process, we can accommodate that. Contact us before your trial ends.
All customers have access to email support and the in-platform help documentation. At this time support is provided via email - we are considering additional support options for the future and will update customers as these become available.
