You may use the platform only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, transmit unlawful content, reverse engineer the platform, or resell access without written consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately via our contact form if you suspect unauthorised access.
All content on cybehave.com, including text, graphics, research frameworks, the Skills Framework, and platform software, is the intellectual property of CyBehave unless otherwise stated. Research content may be cited with appropriate attribution.
Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. Where you input personal data of other individuals, you are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate legal basis to do so under applicable data protection law.
Paid subscriptions are billed annually in advance. Prices are stated exclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyBehave's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
